Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Our return, refund, & exchange policy is 15 Days from date of purchase and is as follows:

 

  • We do not return, refund, & exchange product due to a change in your preference or taste.
  • Shipping business days are calculated from the day the order is placed.  Booze Dogs will not ship yielding a delivery on a weekend or holiday.  If this is the case, the order will be held and shipped out the first business day of the following business week.  Contact us if expedited shipping is needed.
  • We are not responsible for spoiled product as a result of being left out unrefrigerated or unfrozen after delivery confirmation by FedEx. 
  • We do provide a full refund or exchange (inclusive of shipping expense) if we fulfilled your order inaccurately, if defective packaging, or if it was spoiled upon arrival within the standard shipping duration, as stated during your purchase. Please contact us at here. You may be required to provide your order number.  Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and notification of approval or rejection.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • All other scenarios will be handled at the discretion of Booze Dogs after discussing with you.  Please contact us at support@boozedogs.com.
