Tipsy Tequila Pops

A sweet, citrusy frozen delight with a boozy twist- these Tipsy Tequila Pops are easy to prepare and guaranteed to be your favorite sweet treat all summer long. With bright orange juice, fresh lime, smooth tequila, and a splash of elderflower, they’re refreshing and indulgent all at once. Don’t have a popsicle mold? No problem- just use small disposable paper cups and popsicle sticks for a no-fuss alternative.

Tipsy Tequila Pops

Makes 6 Popsicles (3oz each)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups orange juice (10 oz)
  • 1/2 cup tequila (4 oz)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (2 oz)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons elderflower liqueur (0.75 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup (1 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons cold water (1 oz) (Helps pops to freeze harder)
  • Thin lime slices, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large measuring cup or bowl, whisk together the orange juice, tequila, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, agave, and water until well combined.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds (or paper cups), leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  3. Freeze for 1 hour until partially set.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and press a thin lime slice into each pop.
  5. Return to the freezer and freeze overnight, or at least 8 hours, until fully solid.
  6. Tip: To easily unmold, let the pops sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes.
