How is my Booze Dogs order packed?

Mr. Hughes’s friends pack your products carefully in a cooler containing plenty of dry ice. The individual packs within the cooler are vacuum-packed. Your perishable items should arrive hard-frozen, and all you need to do is transfer them directly to your freezer. There may be some remaining dry ice in the bottom of the shipping cooler, please use care handling any remaining dry ice (per notes on plastic cover); you can simply place the lid back on the shipping cooler overnight to allow the dry ice to dissipate.

Your package will ship via FedEx Home Delivery. Your package will take 1 to 2 transit days to arrive to you once it is shipped. We typically do not ship over federal holidays or Sundays because shipping time extends past the effectiveness of dry ice. 

  • Orders requiring shipping over Sunday or a federal holiday will ship Monday or the first business day after the holiday.
    We are unable to ship to PO boxes or FPO or APO addresses. Currently we are able to ship only to continental US addresses.

This is not a requirement, but will help our quality control department in dealing with packaging or shipping issues. A replacement will be shipped using the same shipping option as the original order. We are unable to accept physical returns of our perishable goods, so please do not send your purchase back to us.

    Is there real alcohol in these products?

    Yes. All products use real booze with no synthetic flavoring. What kind of friend allows another to consume chemicals?

    Is there an age requirement to consume Booze Dogs?

    No. All products are appropriate for consumption by friends of all ages. Double fisting Booze Dogs will not prevent you from being able to drive home from the party.

    Will my purchase help man’s best friend?

    Do Your Products Contain Gluten or Other Allergens?

    Ingredient lists are intentionally “clean” with items you can recognize and pronounce. Booze Dogs does not knowingly use ingredients that include gluten or other allergens, however, products are not certified to make these claims at this time so please use caution, if sensitive to these concerns.
