Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Booze Dogs’ Bratwursts, either bourbon, gin, or rum (slice into 20 pieces)
  • 2 dozen eggs
  • 20 toothpicks
  • 2 large baguette, sliced ¼" thick
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
  • 2 cloves garlic, halved

Directions

  1. Reheat the Booze Dogs Bratwurst by grill or pan (pre-cooked already)
  2. Fry eggs over medium, or to your preference, and trim the egg to size of bruschetta toast
  3. Meanwhile, toast bread: Brush bread on both sides lightly with oil and place on large baking sheet. Toast bread until golden, 10 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Let bread cool for 5 minutes, then rub tops of bread with halved garlic cloves.
  4. Skewer 1 egg, 1 bratwurst slice, 1 bruschetta, and serve
