Boo-zy Bites Appetizer

Ingredients

• 1 lb. Booze Dogs’ Hot Dogs, either bourbon, gin, or rum (slice into 1-inch pieces)
• 1 box spaghetti pasta
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

1. Cut (snap) pasta in 96 x ~6 in. links (4 pasta links per 1 inch hot dog slice)
2. Skewer each hot dog link with 4 pasta links until pasta is protruding equally on both sides.
3. Fill a large pot with water and bring to boil
4. Drop the butter, salt, pepper, and Booze Dogs pasta spiders into the pot
5. Cover and cook on high for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender
6. Remove and serve
