Prime Ginister “Dirty Dog” Martini

Serves 2 drinks

A smoky, briny twist on a classic, the “Dirty Dog” Martini infuses your favorite gin with our deliciously unique Prime Ginister Hot Dogs for a bold, savory base. Finished with a one-of-a-kind garnish—meaty hot dog-stuffed olives—this cocktail is going to shake up your martini

Ingredients

  • 6 oz gin (infused with Prime Ginister Hot Dogs)
  • 1 oz dry vermouth (or ¾ oz for a drier martini)
  • 1 oz olive brine (or more for extra dirty)
  • Ice

For the Garnish

  • 6 large queen green olives, pitted
  • A few slices of Prime Ginister Hot Dogs, cut into half-moon shapes
  • 2 cocktail picks

Instructions

  1. Infuse the Gin
Add 5–6 quarter-inch slices of Prime Ginister Hot Dogs to 6 oz of gin in a small container or jar. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then strain.

  2. Make the Garnish
    While the gin is infusing:

    • Slice the hot dogs into half-moon shapes small enough to fit inside an olive.

    • Gently stuff each queen olive with a piece of hot dog.

    • Skewer 3 stuffed olives on each cocktail pick. Set aside.

  3. Chill the Glasses
Place two martini glasses in the freezer for at least 10 minutes, or fill with ice water while you prep. Discard before serving.

  4. Mix the Cocktails
In a cocktail shaker, combine infused gindry vermouth, and olive brine. Add ice and shake until well chilled.

  5. Strain and Serve
Strain evenly into two chilled martini glasses (about 4 oz per glass).

  6. Garnish
Add the hot dog-stuffed olive skewers to each glass for a smoky, briny bite between sips.
