Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Booze Dogs Bratwurst, either bourbon, gin, or rum (5 ct. packages)
  • 5x 8-oz. tube crescent rolls
  • 8 tbsp. melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent sheets and tear where perforated into 4 equal rectangles per tube (yielding 20 in total)
  3. Cut each Booze Dog bratwurst in half into two equal links (yielding 20 in total)
  4. Place one bratwurst segment on each rectangle then gently roll to the other side
  5. Transfer to two large baking sheets, brush with melted butter
  6. Bake until golden, 12 to 15 minutes
