Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Booze Dogs Bratwurst, either bourbon, gin, or rum (5 ct. packages)
- 5x 8-oz. tube crescent rolls
- 8 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF
- On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent sheets and tear where perforated into 4 equal rectangles per tube (yielding 20 in total)
- Cut each Booze Dog bratwurst in half into two equal links (yielding 20 in total)
- Place one bratwurst segment on each rectangle then gently roll to the other side
- Transfer to two large baking sheets, brush with melted butter
- Bake until golden, 12 to 15 minutes
