Gin Infused Hot Dog Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Booze Dogs’ Prime Ginister Hot Dogs (slice into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 small carrots (finely chopped)
- 1 celery, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 medium head kohlrabi, thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
- 4 cups water
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1-1/2 cups conchiglie (shell) pasta
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 lemon in 2 wedges
Directions
- Pour water and chicken broth in a large pot and put it on medium fire
Drop the Booze Dogs’ Prime Ginister Hot Dogs, thick lemon slices, carrots, celery, and kohlrabi into the pot
- Cook for 30 minutes more
- Stir in the pasta, salt and black pepper
- Cover and cook on high for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender
- Remove lemon wedges and serve
