Ingredients
- 1 lb. Booze Dogs’ Prime Ginister Bratwurst (pre-cooked)
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
- 1 cup orange cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup medium dry Marsala wine
- 1 lb. cooked Penne pasta
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon sweet hot mustard
- 1 cup white wine
Directions
- In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil on medium high
- Add the garlic & sausage (slice to 8 slices per link) to the skillet and stir
- Add the Marsala, peppers, and pasta. Cover for 1 minute.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add halved orange cherry tomatoes
- Add the sweet hot mustard and white wine. Stir to incorporate all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil and serve
