Gin Infused Sausage Penne Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Booze Dogs’ Prime Ginister Bratwurst (pre-cooked)
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
  • 1 cup orange cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup medium dry Marsala wine
  • 1 lb. cooked Penne pasta
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon sweet hot mustard
  • 1 cup white wine

Directions

  1. In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil on medium high
  2. Add the garlic & sausage (slice to 8 slices per link) to the skillet and stir
  3. Add the Marsala, peppers, and pasta. Cover for 1 minute.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Add halved orange cherry tomatoes
  6. Add the sweet hot mustard and white wine. Stir to incorporate all ingredients.
  7. Bring to a boil and serve
